Shipping Policy

Dispatch & Delivery Time All orders are freshly packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of receiving payment. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location in India. Deliveries to remote areas or during festive seasons may experience slight delays.

Shipping Charges We charge a flat standard shipping fee of ₹60 on all orders across India. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. The shipping fee is non-refundable in the event of an approved return or cancellation after dispatch.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment via our courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC).

International Shipping We ship internationally. However, customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate.
• Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missing phone number, or repeated refusal/unavailability, a re-dispatch fee will apply to ship it again.
